What do the plans cost?
Free forever: 3 stories a month, no card needed. Family: $9/month or $79/year (save $29) for unlimited stories, up to 4 child profiles, narration, cloud library, and PDF export. Keepsake hardcover book: $19 one-time, includes shipping.
How do I cancel?
One click, any time, no hoops. Email us at hello@fableforge.cloud or use the manage-subscription link in any billing email. Your saved stories stay yours forever, even after you cancel.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. Just email hello@fableforge.cloud with the address you signed up with and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Can I change from monthly to yearly (or back)?
Yes — email us and we'll switch you over and prorate the difference. No penalty either direction.
Using FableForge
How does it work?
Type your child's name, pick a setting and a lesson, and tap generate. We write an original ~5-minute bedtime story starring your child in about 30 seconds. Read it yourself, let the built-in voice narrate, save it, or order it as a printed book.
What ages is it for?
Ages 3 to 11. The story length, vocabulary, and pacing automatically adjust to the age you pick — shorter and simpler for toddlers, richer for older kids.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — on desktop, phone, or tablet. There's no app to download.
Are the stories safe and appropriate?
Every story is built with curated, age-graded vocabulary, gentle conflict, and a warm ending. No violence, no scary surprises, no content that doesn't belong at bedtime. If anything ever feels off, email us — we take it seriously.
A story didn't generate / something broke. What do I do?
Refresh and try once more — if the AI service hiccups, the site falls back to a built-in story engine so bedtime is never blocked. If it keeps happening, email hello@fableforge.cloud with your browser/device and we'll fix it fast.
Privacy
Do you store my child's name or data?
On the free tier, story details stay on your device only — we never see them. With an account, we store only what's needed to sync your library. We never sell or share data, and we're COPPA-compliant. Want your data deleted? Email us and it's done.
